All our garments are made by hand. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks from payment confirmation. This period may vary depending on order volume or external circumstances.
We ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
Shipping costs are included in all orders.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, according to local regulations.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours after placing your order. If payment is not confirmed within this period, the order will be automatically canceled. Production time begins once payment has been received.
At MENU, we accept returns — but we kindly ask you to shop consciously. Each piece is made especially for you, and we strive to avoid unnecessary stock or waste.
You may return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
If the return is due to a fabric or production defect, MENU will cover all shipping costs and replace the item if necessary.
If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), shipping costs will be at your expense.
Since every piece is made to order, we don’t process direct exchanges. If you need another size or style, we recommend returning your item (if applicable) and placing a new order.
If the garment has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it, including clear photos. Send an email to menu@menuofmenu.com with:

Reason (optional, except in case of defect)

Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
We’ll provide the shipping address.
Refunds will be processed after verifying the item’s condition.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method as the original order.
The purchase contract is formalized upon payment.
MENU is not responsible for delays beyond our control (logistics, customs, etc.).
Slight variations in color or texture compared to images are not considered defects.
The size guide is indicative and may vary slightly depending on the model.
The warranty is void if the product has been altered or tampered with.
